What does the therapist bring?
Professional massage table, high-quality oils, fresh towels, and optional music. You only need to provide a calm space (about 3 m2).
What do I need to have at home?
Just a quiet, warm space with enough room to set up the table. Dim lighting and privacy are ideal. We bring everything else.
What is the hygiene protocol?
Every therapist uses sanitized tables, fresh linens per session, and washes hands before and after. Oils are single-use from sealed dispensers.
Can I pay in cash?
Only electronic payments are processed on the platform. The booking deposit is just a small part of the total. It secures the appointment. The remainder you settle directly with your therapist however you both agree: cash, BIT, credit card, bank transfer or check.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book at least 2 hours before your preferred time. For weekends and evenings, 12 hours ahead guarantees better availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the session. 24โ48 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund (the booking fee covers admin costs and your therapist's lost availability). See our Terms for full details.
Could I get the same therapist if I rebook?
Yes, you could. But we need to verify their availability. Add a note in the observations field when confirming your booking, and we will check whether they are available on the requested day and time.
What if I am not satisfied?
Let us know immediately at hello@simlev.space. We will review your concern with the therapist and reach out to find a resolution that helps you feel better.
How do gift cards work?
Purchase a gift card on our Gift page. You will receive a printable PDF by email with a unique single-use code so you can give the physical card, or the digital gift card will be sent to the email address you provide. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. During booking, select Booking for someone else and enter their name and address.
