Your privacy matters

At SimLev we treat your data with real care, not marketing-speak. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it. If anything is unclear, write us at legal@simlev.space.

Who we are

This platform is created and operated by a group of therapists and developers from the State of Israel. All infrastructure complies with Israeli data protection legislation.

Applicable legal framework

Israel: Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Data Security Regulation 5777-2017.
European Union: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) when serving EU residents.
United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state laws.
Other regions: applicable local law.

What data we collect about you

Only what is necessary for the service to work:

Basic identity. Name, email, phone.
Service address. The address where the treatment will be performed. We share it with the assigned therapist only for the time necessary for the session.
Payment data. Processed by certified external providers (PCI-DSS). We do not store your full card number. Only the last 4 digits so you can identify it in your account.
Communications. If you write to us by email, form or WhatsApp, we keep the content of the exchange for continuity.
Technical data. IP, device type and browser, used only for security and fraud prevention.

Health data (important). Before your first treatment we offer you a health declaration form. It is optional but strongly recommended so the therapist can attend to you safely and effectively.

If you choose to skip the health form and continue with the process, you are declaring under sworn statement that your physical and health condition is optimal to receive a massage treatment, releasing SimLev Space (simlev.space), Simlev Projects and the therapists providing the requested service from any responsibility for any consequence arising from undeclared health conditions.

Updating the health form. You may update your health information once a month from your account. It is the user's exclusive responsibility to keep this information up to date when relevant changes occur in their physical or health condition (examples: a recent surgery or operation, an illness or condition that appeared after completing the form, a pregnancy, recent injuries). If you need to update it outside the monthly cycle due to a critical event, contact us at legal@simlev.space and we will handle it the same day.

How we use your information

To manage your booking from start to finish.
To send you confirmations, reminders and updates about your appointments.
To improve the service.
To prevent fraud.
To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax requirements).

We never use your data for unrelated purposes without explicit consent.

Your health data, with double care

Health information you share with SimLev is treated under the highest level of confidentiality. Only the therapist assigned to your session can see it, and only to ensure a safe and appropriate treatment.

When your appointment ends, your personal information (name, address, phone) is automatically anonymised in the therapist's panel within 24 hours. After that window, the therapist only retains the technical detail of the treatment, with no way to reconstruct your identity. This protects you and reinforces the professional relationship.

Your health data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Who we share information with

The therapist assigned to your booking: name, address and relevant health notes, for the time needed to deliver the service.
Payment processors: to complete the transaction. Only they handle your full card data.
Messaging providers: SMS and WhatsApp Business API, exclusively for booking confirmations and reminders.
Authorities: only if legally required through formal order.

We never sell your data nor participate in advertising networks.

How long we keep each thing

Active account: while the account exists and up to 12 months after your last activity.
Financial records and invoices: 7 years (Israeli tax law).
Health data: 5 years from the last treatment (medical retention standard).
Technical and security logs: 12 months.
Support communications: 24 months.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised. To request earlier deletion, write us at legal@simlev.space. We process it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).

Your rights

You have the right to:

View, correct or delete your data.
Withdraw your consent at any time (with future effect).
Restrict or object to processing.
Portability: request a copy of your data in standard format.
Lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

To exercise any right, write us at legal@simlev.space. We respond within 30 days.

How we protect your data

All communication with SimLev travels encrypted (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).
Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
Administrative accounts have mandatory two-factor authentication.
Only strictly necessary team members access user information, and access is logged.
Encrypted backups stored in geographically separate locations.

If something goes wrong, we tell you fast

If a security incident affects your data, we notify you and the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority within 72 hours of detection, in accordance with Israeli law and GDPR. The notification includes what happened, what we did about it, and what we recommend you do.

Cookies and tracking

We only use:

Technical session cookies: to keep you signed in and remember your language. Cleared when you close the browser.
Technical localStorage: for interface preferences (language, in-progress forms).

What we do NOT do: advertising cookies, third-party tracking, ad profiling, remarketing networks. We are not interested in following you around the internet. We are interested in you coming back because you were treated well.

Minors

SimLev does not provide services to people under 18 without explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we detect a minor account without that authorisation, we delete it along with the data.

Updates to this policy

This policy may change to reflect new laws or how we operate. When changes are substantial, we notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. The current version is always at simlev.space/privacy.html with its last-updated date.

ב-SimLev אנחנו מתייחסים למידע שלך בזהירות אמיתית, לא במילים שיווקיות. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו מידע אנו אוספים, למה אנחנו משתמשים בה ואיך אנחנו מגנים עליה. אם משהו לא ברור לך לאחר הקריאה, כתוב לנו ל-legal@simlev.space.

מי אנחנו

פלטפורמה זו נוצרה ומופעלת על ידי קבוצה של מטפלים ומפתחים ממדינת ישראל. כל התשתית עומדת בחקיקה הישראלית להגנה על מידע.

מסגרת חוקית מתאימה

ישראל: חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א ותקנות הגנת המידע תשע״ז.
האיחוד האירופי / EEA: תקנה כללית להגנת מידע (GDPR 2016/679) כאשר אנו משרתים תושבי האיחוד.
אר״הב: חוק הפרטיות של צרכני קליפורניה (CCPA) וחוקים מדינתיים מקבילים.
מדינות אחרות: הדין המקומית המתאימה.

אילו נתונים אנו אוספים עליך

רק את מה שנחוץ כדי שהשירות יפעל:

זהות בסיסית. שם, אימייל, טלפון.
כתובת השירות. הכתובת שבה יבוצע הטיפול. אנו משתפים אותה עם המטפל המשובץ רק לזמן הנחוץ לפגישה.
נתוני תשלום. מעובדים על ידי ספקים חיצוניים מוסמכים (PCI-DSS). איננו שומרים את מספר הכרטיס המלא. רק 4 הספרות האחרונות כדי שתוכל לזהות אותו בחשבונך.
תקשורת. אם תכתוב אלינו באימייל, טופס או WhatsApp, אנו שומרים את תוכן ההתכתבות לרציפות.
נתונים טכניים. IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, לשימוש באבטחה ובמניעת הונאות בלבד.

נתוני בריאות (חשוב). לפני הטיפול הראשון אנו מציעים לך טופס הצהרת בריאות. הוא אופציונלי אך מומלץ בחום כדי שהמטפל יוכל לטפל בך בבטחה וביעילות.

אם תבחר לדלג על טופס הבריאות ולהמשיך בתהליך, אתה מצהיר בהצהרה שבועית שמצבך הפיזי והבריאותי אופטימלי לקבלת טיפול עיסוי, ופוטר את SimLev Space (simlev.space), את Simlev Projects ואת המטפלים המעניקים את השירות המבוקש מכל אחריות לכל תוצאה הנובעת מתנאי בריאות שלא הוצהרו.

עדכון טופס הבריאות. ניתן לעדכן את מידע הבריאות שלך פעם בחודש מהחשבון שלך. זוהי אחריותו הבלעדית של המשתמש לשמור על מידע זה מעודכן כאשר מתרחשים שינויים רלוונטיים במצבו הפיזי או הבריאותי (דוגמאות: ניתוח או פעולה רפואית לאחרונה, מחלה או דלקת שהופיעה לאחר השלמת הטופס, הריון, פציעות לאחרונה). אם אתה צריך לעדכן מחוץ למחזור החודשי עקב אירוע קריטי, פנה אלינו ל-legal@simlev.space ונטפל בכך באותו היום.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

לנהל את ההזמנה מתחילה ועד סוף.
לשלוח לך אישורים, תזכורות ועדכונים.
לשפר את השירות.
למנוע הונאות ולהגן על סביבת המשתמשים.
לעמוד בחובות מס, חשבונות ודרישות משפטיות.

נתוני הבריאות שלך, במשנה טיפול

מידע הבריאות מקבל רמת הסודיות הגבוהה ביותר. רק המטפל שנבחר לטיפול שלך יכול לראות את המידע הזה, ורק לצורך מתן טיפול בטוח ומתאים.

כאשר המפגש מסתיים, המידע האישי שלך (שם, כתובת, טלפון) הופך אנונימי באופן אוטומטי בדף הבקרה של המטפל תוך 24 שעות. אחרי חלון הזמן הזה, המטפל שומר רק את פרטי הטיפול הטכניים ואין לו דרך לשחזר את זהותך. זה מגן עליך ומחזק את המסגרת המקצועית.

נתוני הבריאות שלך לעולם לא נמכרים ולא משותפים עם צד שלישי.

עם מי אנחנו משתפים מידע

המטפל שנבחר להזמנה שלך: שם, כתובת ומידע בריאותי רלוונטי, למשך הזמן הדרוש להענקת השירות.
ספקי התשלומים: להשלמת העסקה. רק הם מטפלים בנתוני הכרטיס המלא.
ספקי מסרים: SMS ו-WhatsApp Business API, רק לאישורים ותזכורות.
רשויות: רק כאשר החוק מחייב, דרך צו רשמית.

אנחנו לעולם לא מוכרים את המידע שלך ולא משתתפים ברשתות פרסום.

כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים כל דבר

חשבון פעיל: כל עוד החשבון קיים ועד 12 חודשים מהפעילות האחרונה שלך.
רשומים כספיים וחשבוניות: 7 שנים (דין המס הישראלי).
נתוני בריאות: 5 שנים מהטיפול האחרון.
לוגי מערכת ואבטחה: 12 חודשים.
תקשורת תמיכה: 24 חודשים.

לאחר תקופות אלה, המידע נמחק או מופך אנונימי. לבקשת מחיקה מוקדמת, כתוב לנו ל-legal@simlev.space.

הזכויות שלך

יש לך זכות:

לעיין, לתקן או למחוק את המידע שלך.
לבטל את הסכמתך בכל עת (בתוקף להבא).
להגביל או להתנגד לעיבוד.
ניידות מידע: לבקש עותק של המידע בפורמט תקני.
להגיש תלונה בפני הרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים הישראלי.

איך אנחנו מגנים על המידע שלך

כל תקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).
מידע רגיש מוצפן גם במצב מנוחה.
חשבונות מנהלים מחייבים אימות דו-שלבי.
רק חברי צוות הכרחיים מתעסקים במידע משתמשים, והגישה מתועדת בלוג.
גיבויים מוצפנים במיקום גיאוגרפי נפרד.

אם משהו משתבש, אנחנו מודיעים לך מיד

במקרה של אירוע אבטחה שמשפיע על המידע שלך, אנו מודיעים לך ולרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים הישראלי תוך 72 שעות מהזיהוי, בהתאם לדין הישראלי ול-GDPR.

עוגיות ומעקבה

אנחנו משתמשים רק ב:

עוגיות מושב טכניות: לשמירת מצב ההתחברות ובחירת שפה. נמחקות בסגירת הדפדפן.
localStorage טכני: להעדפות ממשק (שפה, טפסים בתהליך).

מה שאנחנו לא עושים: עוגיות פרסום, מעקב צד שלישי, פרופיל למודעות, רשתות רמרקטינג.

קטינים

SimLev אינה נותנת שירותים למטה מגיל 18 ללא הסכמה מפורשת ופיקוח של הורה או אפוטרופוס חוקי.

עדכונים למדיניות זו

המדיניות עשויה להשתנות כדי לשקף שינויים בחוק או בדרך שבה אנחנו פועלים. כאשר יהיו שינויים מהותיים, נגיד לך במייל לפחות 15 ימים מראש.

Chez SimLev, nous traitons vos données avec un soin réel, sans discours marketing. Cette politique explique ce que nous collectons, comment nous l'utilisons et comment nous le protégeons. Pour toute question, écrivez-nous à legal@simlev.space.

Qui sommes-nous

Cette plateforme est créée et exploitée par un groupe de thérapeutes et de développeurs de l'État d'Israël. Toute l'infrastructure respecte la législation israélienne sur la protection des données.

Cadre légal applicable

Israël : Loi 5741-1981 sur la protection de la vie privée et Règlement 5777-2017 sur la sécurité des données.
Union européenne : Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD 2016/679) pour les résidents de l'UE.
États-Unis : California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) et lois équivalentes.
Autres régions : loi locale applicable.

Quelles données nous collectons sur vous

Seulement ce qui est nécessaire pour que le service fonctionne :

Identité de base. Nom, email, téléphone.
Adresse du service. L'adresse où le traitement sera réalisé. Nous la partageons avec le thérapeute assigné uniquement pour le temps nécessaire à la séance.
Données de paiement. Traitées par des prestataires externes certifiés (PCI-DSS). Nous ne stockons pas votre numéro de carte complet. Seulement les 4 derniers chiffres pour que vous puissiez l'identifier dans votre compte.
Communications. Si vous nous écrivez par email, formulaire ou WhatsApp, nous gardons le contenu pour assurer la continuité.
Données techniques. IP, type d'appareil et navigateur, utilisées uniquement pour la sécurité et la prévention de la fraude.

Données de santé (important). Avant votre premier traitement, nous vous proposons un formulaire de déclaration de santé. Il est optionnel mais fortement recommandé pour que le thérapeute puisse vous attendre en toute sécurité et efficacement.

Si vous choisissez de sauter le formulaire de santé et de continuer le processus, vous déclarez sous serment que votre état physique et de santé est optimal pour recevoir un traitement de massage, dégageant SimLev Space (simlev.space), Simlev Projects et les thérapeutes prestataires du service demandé de toute responsabilité pour toute conséquence découlant de conditions de santé non déclarées.

Mise à jour du formulaire de santé. Vous pouvez mettre à jour vos informations de santé une fois par mois depuis votre compte. Il est de la responsabilité exclusive de l'utilisateur de maintenir cette information à jour lorsque des changements pertinents surviennent dans son état physique ou de santé (exemples : une chirurgie ou opération récente, une maladie ou condition apparue après avoir complété le formulaire, une grossesse, des blessures récentes). Si vous devez la mettre à jour en dehors du cycle mensuel pour un événement critique, contactez-nous à legal@simlev.space et nous nous en occupons le jour même.

Comment nous utilisons vos informations

Pour gérer votre réservation de bout en bout.
Pour vous envoyer confirmations, rappels et mises à jour sur vos rendez-vous.
Pour améliorer le service.
Pour prévenir la fraude.
Pour respecter les obligations légales (facturation, exigences fiscales).

Nous n'utilisons jamais vos données à des fins non liées sans consentement explicite.

Vos données de santé, avec un double soin

Les informations de santé que vous partagez avec SimLev sont traitées au plus haut niveau de confidentialité. Seul le thérapeute assigné à votre séance peut les voir, et uniquement pour garantir un traitement sûr et approprié.

Lorsque votre rendez-vous se termine, vos informations personnelles (nom, adresse, téléphone) sont automatiquement anonymisées dans le tableau de bord du thérapeute dans les 24 heures. Passé ce délai, le thérapeute ne conserve que le détail technique du traitement, sans pouvoir reconstituer votre identité. Cela vous protège et renforce la relation professionnelle.

Vos données de santé ne sont jamais vendues ni partagées avec des tiers.

Avec qui nous partageons certaines informations

Le thérapeute assigné à votre réservation : nom, adresse et notes de santé pertinentes, pour le temps nécessaire à la prestation.
Processeurs de paiement : pour finaliser la transaction. Eux seuls manipulent les données complètes de votre carte.
Fournisseurs de messagerie : SMS et WhatsApp Business API, exclusivement pour les confirmations et rappels.
Autorités : uniquement si la loi l'exige par ordonnance formelle.

Nous ne vendons jamais vos données et ne participons à aucun réseau publicitaire.

Combien de temps nous conservons chaque chose

Compte actif : tant que le compte existe et jusqu'à 12 mois après votre dernière activité.
Registres financiers et factures : 7 ans (loi fiscale israélienne).
Données de santé : 5 ans à partir du dernier traitement.
Logs techniques et de sécurité : 12 mois.
Communications de support : 24 mois.

Après ces délais, les données sont supprimées ou anonymisées. Pour demander une suppression anticipée, écrivez-nous à legal@simlev.space.

Vos droits

Vous avez le droit de :

Accéder, corriger ou supprimer vos données.
Retirer votre consentement à tout moment (avec effet futur).
Limiter ou vous opposer au traitement.
Portabilité : recevoir une copie de vos données dans un format standard.
Déposer une plainte auprès de l'Autorité de protection de la vie privée du ministère de la Justice d'Israël.

Comment nous protégeons vos données

Toute communication avec SimLev est chiffrée (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).
Données sensibles chiffrées au repos.
Authentification à deux facteurs obligatoire pour les comptes administratifs.
Accès aux informations utilisateur strictement nécessaire et journalisé.
Sauvegardes chiffrées dans des emplacements géographiquement séparés.

En cas d'incident, nous vous prévenons rapidement

Si un incident de sécurité affecte vos données, nous vous notifions ainsi que l'Autorité israélienne de protection de la vie privée dans les 72 heures après détection, conformément à la loi israélienne et au RGPD.

Cookies et suivi

Nous utilisons uniquement :

Cookies de session techniques : pour maintenir votre connexion et mémoriser votre langue. Effacés à la fermeture du navigateur.
localStorage technique : pour les préférences d'interface.

Ce que nous ne faisons PAS : cookies publicitaires, suivi tiers, profilage publicitaire, réseaux de remarketing.

Mineurs

SimLev ne fournit pas de services aux personnes de moins de 18 ans sans le consentement explicite et la supervision d'un parent ou tuteur légal.

Mises à jour de cette politique

Cette politique peut évoluer. En cas de changements substantiels, nous vous prévenons par email avec au moins 15 jours d'avance.
