1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SimLev (simlev.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SimLev is a platform that connects clients with independent professional therapists for in-home massage and wellness treatments. SimLev acts as an intermediary and is not a direct employer of therapists.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
SimLev reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Booking & Payments

Advance booking: Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
Subscription (first month): Members receive 50% off — from 60 NIS to 30 NIS per month.
Option A – Basic: 15 NIS/month — 3 free monthly treatments, no subscription fee for therapist/client.
Option B – Premium: 40 NIS/month — unlimited treatments, no fees.
Note: Each month renews automatically. SimLev is not responsible for the next renewal date.

5. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours: Full refund.
24–48 hours: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.

6. Health & Safety

Clients are required to complete a health declaration before their first treatment. This information helps therapists provide safe and appropriate care. SimLev and its therapists reserve the right to decline a treatment if health conditions pose a risk.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimLev is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to injuries during treatments, delayed appointments, or technical issues.

בשימוש ב-SimLev (simlev.space), המשתמש/ת מסכים/ה לתנאי השירות אלו. אם אינך מסכים/ה — עליך להפסיק להשתמש בפלטפורמה.

2. אופי השירותים

SimLev היא פלטפורמה שמחברת לקוחות עם מטפלים עצמאיים מקצועיים לטיפולים בבית. המטפלים הם קבלנים עצמאיים ואינם עובדי SimLev.

3. דרישות המשתמשים

יש לספק פרטים מדויקים ומלאים בעת הרשמה.
המשתמש/ת אחראי/ת לשמירת פרטי הכניסה לחשבון.
גיל המשתמשים המינימלי הוא 18 שנים.
SimLev שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסגור חשבונות שמפרים את התנאים.

4. הזמנות ותשלום

מקדמה 60 ₪: נדרשת לאישור הפגישה. יתרת הסכום משולמת למטפל בסיום הטיפול.
מנוי (חודש ראשון): למשתמשים חדשים ניתנים 50% הנחה על דמי המנוי — מ-60 ₪ ל-30 ₪ לחודש.
אפשרות א – בסיסי: 15 ₪/חודש — 3 טיפולים ראשונים ללא דמי הזמנה מצד המטפל/ת ומהלקוח/ה.
אפשרות ב – פרמיום: 40 ₪/חודש — טיפולים ללא דמי הזמנה וללא יישירות עיסקית.
חשוב: כל חודש מתחדש אוטומטי ואינו עוברת לחודש הבא.

5. מדיניות ביטול

מעל 48 שעות מראש: החזר מלא
24–48 שעות מראש: החזר חלקי של 50%
פחות מ-24 שעות: לא ניתן להחזר

6. בריאות ובטיחות

הלקוחות מתבקשים/ות למלא הצהרת בריאות לפני הטיפול הראשון. מידע זה מסייע למטפלים לספק טיפול בטוח. SimLev שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב לטיפול אם קיים סיכון בריאותי.

7. פרטיות

הפרטים האישיים שלך מטופלים בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו. אנחנו לא מוכרים או משתפים מידע עם צדדים שלישיים ללא הסכמתך.

8. אחריות מוגבלת

SimLev אינה אחראית לנזקים שנגרמו מהשימוש בפלטפורמה, לרבות פציעות במהלך טיפולים, עיכובים בהזמנות, או תקלות טכניות.

3. Comptes utilisateurs

Vous devez fournir des informations exactes et complètes lors de la création de votre compte.
Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion.
Vous devez avoir au moins 18 ans pour utiliser cette plateforme.
SimLev se réserve le droit de résilier les comptes qui violent ces conditions.

4. Réservations et paiements

Acompte 60 NIS : requis pour confirmer le rendez-vous.
Abonnement (premier mois) : 50% de réduction — de 60 NIS à 30 NIS par mois.
Option A – Basique : 15 NIS/mois — 3 soins mensuels sans frais.
Option B – Premium : 40 NIS/mois — soins illimités sans frais.
Note : Chaque mois est renouvelé automatiquement.

5. Politique d'annulation

Plus de 48 heures : Remboursement complet
24–48 heures : Remboursement de 50%
Moins de 24 heures : Aucun remboursement

6. Santé et sécurité

Les clients doivent remplir une déclaration de santé avant leur premier soin. SimLev et ses thérapeutes se réservent le droit de refuser un soin si des conditions de santé présentent un risque.

7. Confidentialité

Vos données personnelles sont traitées conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons vos données sans votre consentement.

8. Limitation de responsabilité

SimLev n'est pas responsable des dommages résultant de l'utilisation de la plateforme, y compris les blessures lors des soins, les retards ou les problèmes techniques.
